Return Shipping Fee
A flat ₹200 return fee will be deducted from your refund, which covers both restocking and reverse shipping charges.
Gift Packaging Charges
If your order included paid gift packaging, those charges are non-refundable. The refund will be processed after deducting the gift wrap cost, since custom packaging is a one-time service.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims
To claim a refund for a damaged product, a clear 360-degree unboxing video recorded in good lighting is mandatory. Without this proof, damage-related claims will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
Intimate and sanitary products, including Naths (Nose Pins), Toe Rings, Earrings, any sets containing earrings, body piercing items, hair accessories, and face masks.
Gift cards and certain health & personal care items.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Policy on Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales or special promotions cannot be refunded.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
Minor variations in color or design compared to product images will not be eligible for exchanges.
If the exact product is available, it will be shipped as a replacement. If not, the exchange will not be processed.

Gift Returns
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued upon return.
