Checking Product Specifications Before Purchase

All product sizes and specifications are clearly mentioned in the product details. Customers are advised to check the size and other specifications before placing an order, as size-related issues will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Shipping Fee

If a customer wishes to return a product, a return shipping fee of Rs. 120 will be applicable. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

To claim a refund for a damaged product, a clear 360-degree unboxing video recorded in good lighting is mandatory. Without this proof, damage-related claims will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Some items are non-returnable, including:
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
  • Intimate and sanitary products, including Naths (Nose Pins), Toe Rings, Earrings, any sets containing earrings, body piercing items, hair accessories, and face masks.
  • Gift cards and certain health & personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Certain returns may qualify for partial refunds, such as:

• Books with obvious signs of use.
• Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software.
• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts (not due to our error).
• Any return initiated after 7 days of receiving the product.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund.

Policy on Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales or special promotions cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
• Minor variations in color or design compared to product images will not be eligible for exchanges.
• If the exact product is available, it will be shipped as a replacement. If not, the exchange will not be processed.

Gift Returns

• If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued upon return.
• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed back to them.
